We are actively seeking high-achieving individuals with considerable potential to enrich our Strategy & Consulting Supply Chain Consulting practice, with a focus on large scale ERP led business transformations. We are looking for technology experience (particularly SAP) combined with functional expertise to work with business stakeholders in designing and delivering value led transformation programmes.
Our objective is to recruit a Strategy & Consulting Manager for our UKI Supply Chain & Operations division, a role that is critical for enhancing our ability to lead and deliver substantial global ERP business transformation projects such as SAP S/4 and Oracle Fusion SaaS for global clients
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ability to engage with senior supply chain business stakeholders as part of large-scale ERP led Business transformation programs.
- Steering client engagements from Supply Chain and ERP strategy, through design and implementation, with a strong emphasis on business led transformation.
- Articulating the business value of technology enabled Supply Chain transformations and being at the interlock between business and technology teams.
- Spearheading business development efforts, identifying, and exploring opportunities with both new and existing clients, with a focus on showcasing the value of SAP or ERP enabled transformations. This includes ongoing business development both internally and with clients.
- Offering functional consulting within at least one S/4HANA or ERP supply chain area, applying SAP solutions to drive business value rather than focusing solely on technical implementation.
- Planning, managing, and executing the delivery of engagements, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations and adhere to our stringent quality standards.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex program delivery content in business language to senior stakeholders, fostering an environment of clarity and mutual understanding.
Qualifications
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in consulting, emphasizing strategic and operational aspects of SAP supply chain transformations including Design, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Delivery processes.
- Responsible for leading workstreams in at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, highlighting a blend of technical understanding and consulting acumen, specifically within business transformation programs.
- A robust foundation in Business consulting advisory roles, preferably with a focus on SAP transformations or other large-scale ERP led Business transformation.
- An in-depth understanding of the intricacies of supply chain processes and the impact of ERP solutions on these processes to identify opportunities and develop a robust business case
- Experience in leading and managing diverse teams across multiple geographic locations, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Experience working with at least one of the following SAP Modules: MM, PP, EWM, IBP, or Ariba or equivalent Oracle SaaS modules with an emphasis on leveraging these tools to drive business improvement rather than focusing on technical specifications.
- Superior skills in stakeholder management and relationship building, crucial for navigating complex project environments and ensuring successful outcomes.
- The successful candidate will be a business-focused Supply Chain ERP transformation professional with a passion for developing a rapidly growing our Digital Core community within UKI’s Supply Chain Strategy and Consulting practice.
- Establishing thought leadership within the Digital Core community and supply chain domains through continuous learning and knowledge dissemination.

- 5+ years Supply Chain Business consulting and project delivery experience including delivery to agreed scope, time scales and budgets from a top tier consulting company or blue-chip organisation in the context of large-scale ERP transformations.
- Show your active participation in the SAP community, such as leading workshops that advance the understanding and application of SAP in supply chain transformations. This demonstrates not only expertise but also a commitment to shaping the future of SAP implementations.
