This role will work within the Spark44 team, serving a global automotive client (Jaguar Land Rover Transforms Global Marketing Communications Model | Accenture).  The Spark44 team creates brand communications, delivering award-winning creative and marketing effectiveness across end-to-end customer communications


Spark44 are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to manage all creative work coming through the Studio, from concept development through to production across multiple channels. Experience in print and production is essential and ability to work with media plans to ensure the right work is delivered in the right formats on time and on budget. 

You will work closely with the account, project management and other resource managers to traffic production briefs through the Studio. 

Able to work with Account and Project Management Teams to understand planning and expectations for global or local implementation. Attend and participate in Global and UK Status meetings. We have a studio set up in Mumbai for adapts as well as operators in the UK for Masters the candidate will need to manage the workflow between the two as well as supporting the design team in London. All of the work is tracked and requested via various Software platforms so a good ability to manage across different platforms is essential.

They will also need to help with managing Image Library assets that design may choose to use and make sure all costs are passed on in estimates and Purchase Orders raised.


  • Manage resource Management across various platforms

  • Oversee production and delivery of final assets for projects

  • Traffic jobs and validate briefs

  • Work with Account and Project Management teams to ensure jobs are created as needed

  • Collaborate with internal Spark teams to resolve issues

  • Manage Full Time and Freelance production team members

  • Assist in training of new staff

  • Support the design department to help with busy times and manage their resource

  • Help with any Resource Management needs in other departments if needed.

  • As part of the QC process, sign off all artwork before submission.

  • Maximise the Studio’s efficiency whilst maintaining established standards.

This is a role for a highly-motivated individual that possesses the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience of Resource/Studio management.

  • Thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment across digital and print media  

  • Team player with a calm, yet confident, and flexible demeanour with a “nothing is impossible” attitude to rally cross-functional teams

  • Highly organised with flawless attention to detail  

  • Strong negotiator. Great communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously.

  • Luxury automotive experience is strongly preferred, other automotive experience welcome.

  • Knowledge of IR35 and its implications.

  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferable.

  • WorkBook and Worksome knowledge a bonus.
