Business Development Executive for Cirrus

What we're looking for:

This role is primarily focused on managing tactical marketing and sales communications to communicate our areas of expertise, enhance our reputation, and support the growth of Cirrus as part of our integration into Accenture.

As a team:

There is an emphasis on communicating our core services and producing content to ensure Cirrus is regarded as a partner of choice and a thought leader by major clients. A key aspect of the role is to package our core services and communicate them in a way that makes them easy to understand and buy into. Our aim is to increase the level of understanding and raise the profile of the services we offer within Accenture and our combined client base. You will equip our business growth team with a range of engaging sales presentation materials, sales collateral and communications to help them explain our range of capabilities and services to clients and potential clients.

You will work closely with our consultants and business growth team to help them to communicate the Cirrus offering using concise and accessible copy. Working closely in partnership with our creative team, you will manage and help create engaging materials that are visually compelling and user-friendly.

By managing and continuously improving our sales materials, you’ll ensure that messaging is consistent, professional and promotes Cirrus and its services in engaging and innovative ways.

Qualifications

As a Business Development Executive you will:

  • Create, manage and keep up to date a suite of sales and marketing materials which clearly convey our areas of expertise in engaging and innovative ways, in line with brand guidelines

  • Develop materials that will help to raise our reputation internationally

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communications

  • Ensure we have an updated library of case study material in a range of formats to suit different needs

  • Write profiles of Cirrus people for our website and presentation materials and manage our profiles library

  • Support the team with sales and marketing management reporting as required

  • Attend client meetings and events to support colleagues and increase business understanding to create excellent case studies.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

A highly motivated self-starter who is also a great team player: capable of using your own initiative to accomplish goals, and also of working as an integral part of our team to achieve shared objectives. This role will require creative thinking, excellent written & verbal communication skills and the ability to identify new innovative ways to showcase Cirrus' suite of services for further growth.

As well as the above, you should have experience/expertise in the following areas:

  • Experience of creating sales and marketing materials in a professional services or creative agency environment

  • Skilled at writing concise and engaging copy, editing content from colleagues, and proof reading with an attention to detail

  • Strong visual understanding and ability to brief and liaise with creative colleagues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – articulate, professional, and friendly

  • Good relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients

  • Ability to balance different demands to achieve goals on time and to budget

  • An understanding of leadership, engagement, and talent would be an advantage

  • Self-motivated, positive and tenacious

  • Meticulous, with an attention to detail and an emphasis on quality

  • Flexible, agile and adaptable.
