Accenture Interactive are currently looking for a European Salesforce Alliance Co-Lead to manage one of our largest ecosystem partners and drive sales, revenue and capability for Salesforce products across Accenture Interactive. You will significantly collaborate with the client and senior Accenture Leadership to strengthen the relationship with Salesforce and ensure visibility of the key benefits of utilising Salesforce technology for our wider range of clients.

The Role:

  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) and Capability work for Salesforce. The role will include responsibility for meeting Sales, Revenue and Capability targets for Accenture Interactive Europe.

  • Significant collaboration with Salesforce at Market Level alongside Accenture leadership. These collaboration efforts will include planning, coordination and follow up activities, such as establishing and following up yearly and quarterly Sales, Revenue and campaign plans – internally in Accenture Interactive, and in collaboration with Salesforce.

  • Direct involvement in key client discussions during Sales and Delivery phases.

  • Responsibility for establishing and follow up of capability growth plans, i.e. plans for recruiting, training and certification of Accenture Interactive employees to match the above mentioned Sales and revenue plans.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experiences

  • Experience from software and systems integration (SI) sales and delivery for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud

  • Experience from working with alliance collaboration across enterprise software and SI, either as an SI or as an Enterprise Software vendor and preferably with Salesforce

  • Experience from working across countries/Europe in a multinational company context

  • Strong collaboration and communications skills, and ability to create team engagement and a collaborative team spirit across a multi country team

  • Drive and experience from delivering strong team results towards agreed targets

  • Location: Europe – preferably in or with proximity to European metro areas.
