Few industries have been impacted by the digital shift as much as retail. COVID19 has now accelerated many of the consumer and industry trends to leave retailers and brands facing a fundamentally different landscape that continues to move at pace. The opportunities for retailers and brands to go direct to consumer, to engage with consumers in a highly personalised way, to deliver differentiated experiences, to build new partnerships and a much broader ecosystem have never been greater. At the same time, the hard work of building the enabling elements behind the scenes including the digital operations, the technology stack, the new operating models and the ways of working to survive in this environment often require more work than the up-front strategic thinking around the proposition. Our skills and ability to help clients in this area have never been in higher demand than today.
