As a Marketing Capability Associate Director you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of clients and industries. Typically you will be involved in the following: 
  • Leading and supporting capability programmes. This work provides great variety and includes developing capability strategies, leading-edge tailored marketing processes, tools and techniques through to engaging and inspiring learning experiences and materials. We also facilitate international workshops, events and webinars
  • Leading one or more clients to build strong and enduring, trusted relationships, across a number of industries and sectors
  • Helping support our continued business growth agenda and contributing to our team spirit and unique company culture

Qualifications

  • Do you have a great track record as a Senior/Marketing Manager/Account Manager in a client company, agency or consultancy recognised for its marketing?
  • Do you have expertise and experience across a number of marketing areas such as insight, strategy and planning, innovation and digital?
  • Are you somebody who can build big client relationships but equally roll up your sleeves and get the work done?
  • Are you a self starter who is excited about the opportunity to continue to learn and develop?
