Role:  Marketing Global Client Story Associate Manager - Europe
Location: London, UK
Salary - £40,000 -  £45,000 depending on experience + benefits

Support Global Client Story Lead by identifying and developing client stories that reinforce APPLIED of New Applied Now. Ensure our highest quality, most relevant stories are surfaced,  promoted and maintained.  This global role will also help drive an effort across M&C to identify efficiencies in client story development.


This position is responsible for driving and growing our “best of” client stories. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the company’s brand and marketing objectives; helping to evangelize our Winning ways/Shared Priorities that align to Accenture’s Business strategy.  


You will work with the OGs, Businesses, Geos, G&S, Form, Talent Brand, Recruitment Marketing and their stakeholders to identify and produce compelling storytelling assets such as case studies, videos, sales templates, employee profiles, etc. for use across various platforms. This role is also responsible for identifying clients willing to participate in our storytelling to  highlight their success using Accenture and the impact its had on its company, employees and customers.

Keys to success for this position include: understanding of marketing strategies and the elements of a strong story; strong project management skills; thorough understanding the Winning Ways, Key Capabilities and Shared Priorities; persuasive communication skills; cooperative and supportive attitude; ability to build relationships across the company. Additional  responsibilities include:


  • Identify and develop priority stories for Europe. Includes internal and external research as well as some writing.              
  • Responsible for maintaining pipeline that aligns stories to key industries, shared priorities, businesses and innovation hubs/centres.                             
  • Ensure priority stories are maintained by their owners   
  • Provide local support and guidance on client story development 
  • Work closely with marketing & sales leads and global client account leads
  • Content Customization, Strong Writing/Editing Skills; Strong Message Development Skills; Familiar with client case study development
