Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 + Benefits

Travel: Up to 100%

Professionals within our Analytics department are focused on how to respond to changing industry dynamics and position clients for future success. They work with businesses, government agencies and other public service organizations to develop the informatics and predictive analytic capabilities needed to outperform their peers.  They personally lead and manage the design, development, implementation and management of next-generation informatics and advanced analytics solutions.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support delivery of client work and development of new client opportunities with both existing and prospective clients specifically focused on one of the following sectors- Financial services, Resources, Products, Communications, media and technology or Health and Public sector. (cross sector experience would be advantageous)
  • Structure and perform complex financial analyses and develop business cases in conjunction with industry and/or opportunity analyses.
  • Provide specific guidance to and manage work effort of consultants and analysts on client engagements to ensure that the focus is correct and the work is accomplished on time, and meets or exceeds the highest quality standard.
  • Educate clients and team members from outside the Analytics practice on end-to-end services and software solutions that integrate the business value of predictive analytics into the fabric of business decision making.
  • Develop innovative thought leadership and contribute to the creation of Analytical points of view, assets, offerings or services. Represent Analytics at industry forums, conferences and client events.

Required Skills

  • Excellent comprehension or practitioner experience of: Advanced analytics (e.g. statistical analysis, predictive analytics, optimisation, data mining, etc.)
  • Demonstrable management consulting experience, industry experience and/or predictive analytic industry experience.
  • Background in the application and extraction of client value using advanced analytics.
  • Direct supervisory experience with analytics teams in industry or consulting environments 
  • Wider management of larger project / programme teams of multi disciplines 50+
  • Experience in advanced statistics software
  • Experience leading advanced modelling techniques with the application of statistics/econometrics/optimisation to business problems.   
  • Experience in an analytic "domain" (e.g., Risk analytics, actuarial analytics, retail analytics, network analytics, customer value management analytics, etc).
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team of predictive analysts and integrate these into a larger end to end solution that drives client value.
  • Demonstrable sales success of £million pound engagements around Analytics incorporating consulting, Analytics, technology and change
