Role: SAP Delivery Lead

Location: London or Manchester.

Travel: up to 100% flexibility

Salary: £70,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications

 

What we're looking for – SAP Skills

 

  • Strong experience in SAP Project delivery through the full project lifecycle (Analyse thru Deployment)
  • Background in an SAP functional domain with hands on delivery experience is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of SAP products and integration between modules and products
  • Strong experience managing SAP delivery teams, design teams, build teams, test teams
  • Understanding of similar competitor SAP providers (i.e. Salesforce, Oracle, Workday) is beneficial
  • Understanding of S/4, C/4 and Fiori technologies is beneficial
  • Implementation and delivery experience, which should include at least 3 full project lifecycles
  • Deep understanding not only of SAP configuration and technical implementation but also process and business applicability
  • Pre-sales experience of SAP Implementations is desirable

 

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

 

  • At least 2:2 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience
  • Proven success in contributing within a team environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Management of project budget and resourcing
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries
  • Hands-on delivery in major IT Transformation Programmes
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong career progression to date
  • You must be willing to be fully mobile, i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required

 

What Responsibilities Will You have?

 

  • Responsible for Project Planning, Project risk & Issue management for the delivery of SAP products Management of the technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems
  • Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services
  • Suggest solutions to customer based on leading practice
  • Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation
  • Stakeholder management & management of Client expectations
