Location: London

Travel: Up to 100%

Salary: £68,000 - £93,000

Our Products TC practice provides advisory and delivery expertise to major Retail firms, as well as firms operating in the Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Travel, Automotive space, looking to leverage new technology to advance their business.

 

Key features of the role

We are looking for a manager with experience in advising and/or implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the Retail and Consumer Goods industries. 

 

As an AI and RPA manager, you’ll be working primarily as part of a small project team, utilising your industry and technology knowledge and experience in the AI and RPA space to solve business problems, translating them into technology options and requirements.  You will be able to identify where to deploy AI and RPA to add value to an organisation, and just as importantly know where not to.

 

Having a pulse on new technologies and a desire to change the way business gets done, you will also play a part in developing points of view on AI and RPA and work to help grow the Technology Consulting practice by sharing knowledge of technology trends and client experiences with colleagues within the group.

 


What we're looking for 

Implementation & advisory experience, which should include tangible examples in several of the following areas:

 

  • Hands on experience of advising or implementing AI/RPA technologies for organisations
  • Excellent understanding of relevant technologies and trends in the AI/RPA/Machine Learning space
  • Experience of working with client stakeholders to understand challenges and translate into requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to synthesise information in order to work with a client to define suitable solutions to solve their challenges
  • Confident in forging and owning relationships and leading conversations with client stakeholders  
  • Proven success in contributing within a team environment 
  • Background in Retail or Consumer Goods

What other qualifications or skills do I need?

  • Educated to Bachelor's Degree level 
  • Onshore, client-facing experience 
  • Hands-on delivery in large IT programmes 
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong career progression to date 
  • You must be willing to be London based, but be fully mobile, i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required
