What responsibilities will you have?

  • The GU Total Rewards Partner serves as a point of contact for GU Total Rewards teams in the Europe region. 
  • Works with Geographic Units (GUs) to support the creation and delivery of effective total reward strategies. Helps share a comprehensive view of the Global Total Reward CoE’s activities and program rollouts with local Reward teams. 
  • Brings to life global reward strategies and business priorities for GUs to understand and implement, whilst considering the local market, business needs, and affordability.
  • Supports the GUs in assessing and executing new reward programs and sharing best practices between locations. 
  • Provides line of sight back to the Global CoE and informs other key stakeholders of how each location will deliver the initiatives.
  •  Provide GUs process support from market intelligence through planning to  rewards administration and ensure alignment to career architecture and performance achievement design principles.

 


 What skills & Experience are we looking for?


  • Significant HR experience and preferably experience of specializing in Compensation/Rewards
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Total Rewards design and strategy experience
  • Experience in a large, multi-national organization or consultancy preferred
  • Experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
  • Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred
  • Advanced modelling (Excel) skills
  • Excellent knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • Able to analyze complex problems and propose and deliver insightful and pragmatic solutions
  • Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility and demonstrates expertise
  • Structures and manages projects or programs of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues
  • Focuses on achieving project / program goals and objectives
  • Recognizes and highlights potential issues and barriers during assignments
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, mediate, and manage conflict
  • Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong business acumen and industry acumen
  • Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships at all levels of an organization, and develop networks as appropriate
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting


Other Requirements:

  • A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role may require to work effectively across multiple time zones
  •  As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc.)
  • Occasional international travel may be required
