Job Description
Visualization Production Manager’s Main responsibility is to ensure the maximum adoption of the service is leveraged within client teams and organizations. The role will work closely with the client’s business initiative teams to plan and execute Virtual Solutions projects.  The role demands educating, proposing the various technologies, tools and services we have to client teams and increase adoption.
As Site Lead, he/she will be responsible for managing the complete site day to day operations, vendor management, act as escalation contact, help on technology & research related topics working closely with the client site manager.
Responsibilities include:
  • Seek opportunities to expand usage of the service we offer / identify and address business needs
  • Suggest and strategize process and service transformation opportunities
  • Lead the follow up with client teams for gathering forecast of Initiatives and find ways to increase service penetration
  • Identity new services/innovative solutions to expand business
  • Business Knowledge & Client Interaction:
  • Understands P&G categories, sub-categories and products within them.
  • Interacts with business partners in a professional and proficient way.
  • Able to conduct project meetings/calls on their own
  • Ability to collect information and provide/document requirements for a project
  • Ability to create a project schedule for all team members to follow
  • Manages project timelines and holds other team members to deadlines
  • Can deal with last minute changes and issues.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, as appropriate.


What skills & experience are we looking for?
Required Skill sets:
  • Proficient in Project management skills to manage multiple projects, develop project plans, coordinate issues between client & 3rd party, and produce key project deliverables.

  • Documentation and reporting skills
  • Excellent Client management skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills with Client-Facing Positions (Exposure to International Project Handling)
  • Communicate effectively in English (Oral and Written) across a broad spectrum of cultural differences
  • Respond to requests for information from manager, clients and others stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, as appropriate
  • Should accurately and professionally document delivery of services in excel sheets
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D tools like Photoshop, 3ds Max, JDA Prospace, Illustrator, V-Ray
  • Knowledge of Unity 3D
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and MS Project
  • Experience with Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and / or Brand Management is an added advantage
  • Ability to work with virtual teams
  • Negotiation skills and multitasking on different projects
  • Basic to Moderate PC and Application troubleshooting skills
  • First level network troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to multitask during event (e.g. camera manipulation while navigating/operating software).
  • Set up and operate AV system, DVD-R, streaming video
  • Aptitude to learn new hardware and software (e.g. Eye Tracking System).
  • Problem solving and Collaboration
  • Problem solving / crisis management skills
  • Thinks and Acts Decisively – the ability to anticipate issues and to proactively ensure that they do not materialize is required.
  • Experience with Critical Thinking and being pro active with assignments
  • Requires timely decision making at all times – most problem being resolved via own initiative and solutions or through reapplication of skills/ideas from others
  • Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service results and developments are understood
