Contractor assignments at Accenture vary, with an average duration of 6-9 months, depending on the assignment. An assignment might also be as short as a few weeks to much longer, based on business needs.

Contractors are engaged either as an employee or contractor by an Accenture preferred supplier.

We accept applications only from direct applicants. Application submissions by third parties/agencies are prohibited. Accenture works only with third parties/agencies with which the firm has a formal contractual relationship.

Our team consists of dedicated Accenture recruiters who collaborate with Accenture teams to understand the requirements for an open assignment. They will review your information and assess the match between your work experience and qualifications with the assignment requirements. If there is a match, they will contact you to set up a qualifying interview with the project team.

Most of our Contractor Exchange Marketplace assignments are based at client offices where proprietary assets will be shared. the security of our clients and our people, all background checks are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) guidance.

Your Accenture Preferred Supplier will walk you through the process and get you set up. You will be paid by our supplier partner, and they will advise on how to enter your time as well as payment frequencies.
