Change Management Consultant (French Speaker)

As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our market-wide Talent & Organization Center of Excellence (Talent CoE) in Spain and are looking for a French-speaking Change Management Consultant to support large-scale business, digital, HR, and organizational transformations for leading international clients. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe, and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.
Working alongside business, technology, and delivery teams, you will help organizations prepare for change, engage stakeholders, build capabilities, and accelerate adoption through effective change management, communications, learning, and business readiness strategies.
Functions
Support the design and execution of change management strategies for digital, organizational, and business transformation programs.
Conduct stakeholder analyses, assess organizational impacts, and identify adoption risks and mitigation actions.
Design and deploy communication strategies, engagement plans, and change interventions tailored to different stakeholder groups.
Support the development and execution of learning and training strategies, including training materials, learning journeys, and enablement activities.
Define and monitor business readiness and adoption indicators to measure transformation success and user engagement.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership sessions, and stakeholder meetings to support alignment and decision-making.
Contribute to change network, champion, and ambassador programs to accelerate adoption across impacted populations.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day delivery of change management workstreams within complex transformation programs.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and collaborate with project teams across business and technology functions.
Prepare high-quality client deliverables, presentations, communications, and executive materials.
Coordinate activities across multiple countries, business units, and stakeholder groups in international environments.
Support project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and steering committee preparation.
Contribute to business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client workshops related to Change Management and Adoption.
Requirements
Years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Communications, Learning, HR Transformation, or Digital Transformation projects.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, such as ERP, HRIS, CRM, cloud, or business process transformation programs.
Strong consulting capabilities, including analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and structured communication.
Experience creating communication materials, training content, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and international environments.
Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 skills, exposure to AI tools such as Copilot is a plus.
Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
Spanish or any other language is a strong asset.
Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci is a plus.
Availability to travel nationally and internationally when required.
Work Modality
The position is based in Barcelona or Madrid under a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to maintain strong team connections and foster collaboration.
It is essential to reside in Spain and have legal authorization to work in Spain.
