We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist manager. A talented, fun, collaborative person willing to bring added knowledge to our Data & AI Group. Your work: In the Iberia market unit, you will work for our top clients, developing their data and AI strategy, bringing new offerings and opportunities to grow our applied intelligence business.
Your role: What responsibilities will you have?
Data&AI managers will combine team management, technical oversight, and leading commercial proposals.
Requisitos
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's or MBA degree.
Proficient in Spanish and English (written and oral).
Minimum of 6 years working in Data&AI or related business transformation.
Minimum of 6 years in strategy or management consulting.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strategic Thinking, Proactivity, and Curiosity.
Strategical Skills:
Ability to understand the new digital challenges, understand industrial & business context, and develop strategic solutions regarding Data&AI, including Generative AI.
Support data scientists in transforming analytical outcomes into business insights.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.
Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot code for data analysis and model development.
AI Model Deployment and Integration (MLOps): Experience in deploying models into production environments and integrating them into existing business processes, ensuring seamless implementation of AI solutions.
Data Ethics: In-depth understanding of ethical considerations in handling and analyzing sensitive information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others in the office where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
