As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and connectors within identity management platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to enhance identity management processes.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity governance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
