Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development tasks with problem-solving and iterative improvements to deliver robust and scalable software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to optimize and enhance existing codebases for performance and scalability.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques relevant to SAP environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
