Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C. (V1 & V2))
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques to ensure seamless data flow.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to enhance application functionality.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
