Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitoring progress through the deployment plan. You will also oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, and resource allocation to ensure a successful deployment process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize deployment processes and enhance team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities. - Strong understanding of integration methodologies and tools. - Experience in project management and deployment strategies. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
