Responsibilities: - Reviewing legal documentation (in English and Chinese) according to client's guidelines and policies within agreed timelines and quality standards. - Providing suggestions to improve the process and work of the team. - Maintains policy/process knowledge by staying updated with changes, reviewing existing materials and getting updates and trainings from QTP team members, providing feedback to changes and materials - Collaborates with Policy, Quality, Changes and Operations and participate in improvement programs and activities, as required. -`Strong analytical skills and legal background, including legal translations. - Ability to work at pace; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; attention to details. - Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese. - Proficient in English communication.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree
Prior internship or work experience in legal operations, document review, legal translation, content moderation, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to review legal documentation in both languages.
Basic understanding of legal terminology, legal documentation, and translation accuracy.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to apply client guidelines and policies consistently.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and team-oriented environment while meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to process or policy changes.
Demonstrated ability to take feedback positively and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
