You Are
You are a hands‑on finance transformation consultant with strong OneStream experience and a point of view on where finance is heading. You bring systems expertise, process understanding, and curiosity about how AI is reshaping FP&A, close, and reporting.
You enjoy working closely with clients, translating CFO priorities into practical solutions, and owning your work from design through delivery. You are comfortable operating in hybrid client environments and are motivated by growth — both for your clients and your own career.
The Work
You will be part of delivery teams helping clients redesign and enable finance capabilities using OneStream, with accountability across the full engagement lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:

Design and Deliver OneStream solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics — from design through go‑live and hypercare on TSX‑listed and Fortune 500 engagements

Build and Configure business rules, workflows, cubes, dashboards, and integrations, with ownership of your assigned workstream

Advise Finance Leaders by translating CFO priorities into target operating models, roadmaps, and solution architectures across FP&A, close & consolidation, and record‑to‑report

Reinvent Finance with AI by embedding AI‑native thinking — including agentic workflows, GenAI copilots, predictive close, and forecast capabilities — into OneStream solutions

Grow the Practice by supporting proposals, pursuits, and points of view that bring new OneStream and AI‑led finance work into Finance Reinvention
Qualifikationen
Here’s What You’ll Need

5+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial systems, or EPM consulting

Hands‑on experience with OneStream (implementation, configuration, reporting, or production support)

Working knowledge of core finance processes, including FP&A, close & consolidation, financial reporting, or record‑to‑report
-
A demonstrated interest in AI and the future of the finance function, with a perspective on how OneStream supports AI‑enabled finance
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
-
Comfort working in a hybrid client delivery model (typically 1–3 days per week on‑site, increasing during go‑lives; travel may scale up to ~80% in peak delivery phases)

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

End‑to‑end OneStream implementation experience or active OneStream certifications

Exposure to ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365) or adjacent EPM tools (Anaplan, Oracle Cloud EPM, Pigment)

Hands‑on experience embedding GenAI, agentic AI, or advanced analytics into finance processes

CPA, MBA, or other advanced finance credential
