Oracle ERP Manager
- Liderar proyectos de implementación, mejora y soporte de Oracle ERP en sus distintos módulos.
- Analizar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos, proponiendo soluciones alineadas con las mejores prácticas.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y gestionar la relación con stakeholders.
- Supervisar integraciones entre Oracle ERP y otros sistemas corporativos.
- Definir la arquitectura funcional y técnica del entorno Oracle ERP, incluyendo módulos como Finance, SCM, HCM u otros relacionados.
- Asegurar la calidad de las configuraciones y personalizaciones siguiendo estándares establecidos.
- Garantizar la correcta ejecución del ciclo completo del proyecto: diseño, construcción, pruebas, despliegue y soporte.
- Aportar visión estratégica sobre la evolución del producto, adoptando nuevas capacidades del ecosistema Oracle Cloud cuando sea necesario.
- Mentorizar perfiles más junior y liderar dinámicas de trabajo colaborativo.
