The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational goals.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and operational models.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine business strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and operational framework design.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
