Project Role Description : Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Summary:
As a Client Visit Architect, you will be responsible for designing and orchestrating high-impact client visits that clearly demonstrate business value. You will translate client business objectives, challenges, and priorities into a compelling visit agenda and narrative that aligns with their strategic goals.
This role involves evaluating the client s current-state landscape, identifying key business needs, and curating relevant solutions to be showcased during the visit. You will work closely with sales, domain, technology, and operations teams to ensure strong alignment and deliver a seamless, differentiated client experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with sales and account teams to understand client objectives, expectations, and success criteria ahead of each visit.
- Assess the client s current business landscape and identify high-level needs and opportunities.
- Design a structured visit agenda and end-to-end storyline aligned to client goals and outcomes.
- Identify, shape, and position relevant business solutions and value propositions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, domain, technology, operations) to ensure content readiness and alignment.
- Oversee visit execution and logistics to ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality client experience

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Mandatory: Proven experience in Program management, Sales Enablement or a closely related role.
- Preferred: Technology specialization and/or strong industry domain expertise.
- Good understanding of business architecture and solution design principles.
- Experience in defining business solutions and developing business cases.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and coordination capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, client engagement design, consulting, or a similar role
- Educational background in business administration, management, or a related discipline preferred
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, executive-level client engagements

Additional Information:
- Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune
- Role requires close collaboration across multiple teams and comfort operating in high-visibility, client-facing environments.
