The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and present business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and support transformation initiatives through effective collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
