Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as evaluating the current state of operations. You will work on identifying customer requirements and defining the future state or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
