What would you do? • The Total Rewards Analyst supports the delivery of compensation and benefits services. The role focuses on compensation operations, rewards program administration, market benchmarking, analytics, and employee benefits support while ensuring service excellence and compliance with client requirements.
What are we looking for? Experience :3 to 5 years
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Support end-to-end compensation and benefits operations for client accounts • Administer salary structures, incentive plans, bonus programs, and rewards processes • Assist in compensation benchmarking and market analysis using internal and external data sources • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership and client review • Coordinate annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, and bonus planning • Support employee benefits administration and respond to compensation and benefits-related queries • Ensure compliance with client policies, labour regulations, and internal governance standards • Maintain accurate employee compensation data within HR systems and reporting tools • Collaborate with HR partners, payroll teams, and client stakeholders to resolve operational issues • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
