We are looking for Senior Mendix Developers to join our team and support the Active Workspace (AWC / myWorkspace) transition project. The role involves developing and enhancing Mendix applications integrated with Teamcenter to enable business-specific customizations while preserving standard Out-of-the-Box Teamcenter capabilities.
Project Context
The project supports the Active Workspace / myWorkspace transition, leveraging Mendix as an integrated solution with Teamcenter to deliver business-specific customizations while maintaining Out-of-the-Box Teamcenter functionality. The objective is to improve engineering efficiency by enabling a modern, user-friendly Teamcenter web client with enhanced performance, stability, and usability.
How you will make an impact
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Mendix Studio Pro.
Develop Mendix solutions integrated with Teamcenter and other enterprise systems.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Mendix applications.
Configure domain models, microflows, security, and workflows.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform testing, debugging, and application support.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and development teams in an Agile environment.
What you need to succeed
Required Qualification
Senior level experience in Mendix development.
Strong hands-on experience with Mendix Studio Pro.
Experience developing enterprise applications and integrations.
Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, and Git.
Understanding of Mendix security, deployment, and application lifecycle.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Teamcenter (TC) or other PLM platforms.
Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Certification.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Proactive, customer-focused, and quality-oriented mindset.
