Business Intelligence & Analytics - The Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) function is part of CF Operations under Accenture Operations and is engaged in an ongoing program to support Markets and Services. BI&A team member is part of the team that provides operations support to Markets and Services leadership. He/she will be responsible for delivering data driven analytics to Business Operations leadership.   

THE WORK:
 

The Analytics and Modeling Manager will be responsible to deliver analytics and drive Business Intelligence & Analytics offerings for Accenture Markets and Services. S/he will propose and execute an effective way to deliver that support through a combination of state-of-the-art business intelligence tools/ technologies and a team of highly motivated individuals.

The person is required to focus on driving business analytics, business insights generation, stakeholder engagement, production management, team development, work management, quality reviews and ensuring progress around the deliverables while coordinating with respective parties.

  • Provide business operations support across Markets/Services, including finance, sales, talent, quality, delivery, and competition insights.
  • Deliver Business Intelligence and analytics, enabling data-driven decisions and leadership insights; forward-thinking and growth-driven.
  • Lead planning, forecasting, and operational budgeting to align with strategic priorities.
  • Drive analytics initiatives to enhance business performance and reporting capabilities.
  • Deliver leadership insights, reviews, and actionable recommendations.
  • Apply strong business acumen and understanding of Accenture offerings to produce impactful analysis.
  • Identify innovation opportunities in analytics, leveraging modern tools and visualization methods; constantly seeking innovation and advancement.
  • Integrate evolving business needs into ongoing projects with agility.
  • Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables; dedicated to ongoing improvement.
  • Act as an escalation point, ensuring delivery risks are proactively managed.
  • Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence in service delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders across levels, driving collaboration and change; adaptable and open-minded.
  • Partner with finance and central teams to build strong, value-driven relationships.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, supporting development, engagement, and retention; enthusiastic about professional growth.
  • Allocate work effectively, manage team dynamics, and upskill resources; proactive in skill enhancement.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Significant experience in business operations, data analytics, program management, people management
  • Good knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of analytics, business insights generation, data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, preferred
  • Strong business operations and analytics experience
  • Analytical skills: detects, analyzes and solves work problems
  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills with executive presence
  • Strong understanding of dashboards and scorecards for business review
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective presentation and storytelling skills
  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and networking skills
  • Good at working in an ambiguous environment and applying structured problem-solving skills
  • Good at managing a network of senior stakeholders and driving change through influencing skills
  • Must be customer centric with a passion for creating value to drive change
