We are looking for a Sales Director specializing in cybersecurity to drive the sale of advanced solutions across Accenture’s full cybersecurity portfolio, including Continuous Threat Exposure Management, Managed Security Services, Identity Management, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, and Mythos-related solutions. The role focuses on leading complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering measurable business growth through high-value deals.
The position is based in Madrid in a hybrid work model, combining remote work and office presence to foster collaboration.
It is required to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.
Main functions:
Drive end-to-end sales cycles for cybersecurity services, including SOC, MDR, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, and Identity & Access Management, targeting enterprise clients.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline using structured sales methodologies and CRM tools, ensuring visibility and forecasting accuracy.
Lead contract negotiations with executive stakeholders such as CISO, CIO, COO, and board-level clients.
Collaborate with global and local Accenture teams (Cloud, Identity, Network Security) to design integrated and scalable cyber solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the commercial strategy for cybersecurity offerings aligned with regional and global targets.
Manage complex multi-tower deals by orchestrating cross-functional technical and delivery teams.
Achieve and exceed revenue and ACV targets through pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, leading consultative sales approaches based on business needs, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, business development, or deal origination.
Minimum 8 years of experience selling into enterprise clients and closing multi-tower deals with high contract value (ACV).
Minimum 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions including SOC, MDR, Identity & Access Management, Network Security, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading consultative sales cycles and contract negotiations with executive stakeholders (CISO, CIO, COO, or Board).
Minimum 5 years of experience managing revenue targets and building commercial pipelines.
Advanced English Level
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in selling Continuous Threat Exposure Management and Mythos-related solutions (years not specified).
Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple geographies in cybersecurity environments (years not specified).
It is required to have knowledge and experience in the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture’s commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.
