Public Service Management Consulting Manager
In Public Service Strategy & Consulting, we partner with governors, cabinet secretaries, agency commissioners, mayors, city and county leaders, university presidents, and nonprofit executives across Tennessee to reimagine how public institutions deliver value to the communities they serve. Our work spans the full arc of organizational transformation, including modernizing legacy operations, designing data-driven programs, managing large-scale ERP and technology modernizations, and building the workforce and change management capabilities needed to sustain impact long after implementation. The Work:
Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.
People in our Public Service group serve an array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and educational industries.
The Public Service Manager is experienced delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery in performance and outcome improvements. The manager will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.
Ability to travel 75%+.
Location: Based in Nashville, TN
Here’s What You Need:

A minimum of 5 years of high value consulting experience

A minimum of 5 years of public service experience

Prior experience with government finance and budgeting

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
