Role Context
The Office of the COO is responsible for orchestrating corporate operations across all Accenture organizations and bringing the firm’s strategies to life. Within this scope, the Enterprise Operations and Profitability Management team plays a pivotal role in advancing Accenture’s profit ambitions, with a sharp focus on unlocking structural efficiencies and driving sustainable enterprise-wide profitability.
The team is structured into three strategic towers: Activation, Realization, and Modernization. This role sits within the Modernization Tower, which is responsible for reimagining operating models, accelerating enterprise innovation, and shaping next-generation executive capabilities.
As a Manager, you will lead strategic product and AI initiatives end-to-end, working closely with CIO / Global IT, Finance, and senior business leadership. You will be accountable not only for designing and scaling AI-powered products, but also for driving measurable enterprise impact, adoption, and value realization.
This is a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment requiring structured problem solving, strong product leadership, and the ability to guide teams through undefined problem spaces.
Role Summary
As a Manager, you will serve as a Product Lead for Agentic AI and data-driven platforms that support executive decision-making and profitability outcomes.
You will own the full product lifecycle at a portfolio level, including strategy, prioritization, delivery oversight, and adoption at scale. In addition, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape AI product strategy, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
The role requires a balance of:

- Hands-on understanding of Agentic AI systems
- Leadership of teams and stakeholders
- Accountability for business outcomes and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Agentic AI and enterprise data products aligned to profitability and operational goals
- Own end-to-end accountability for product outcomes, including adoption, business impact, and scalability
- Lead product portfolio prioritization, balancing strategic initiatives, technical feasibility, and enterprise value
- Guide and mentor junior product managers / analysts, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery
Agentic AI & Intelligent Systems
- Lead the design and scaling of Agentic AI solutions for complex enterprise decision support use cases
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and response governance
- Oversee validation frameworks to ensure accuracy, explainability, and executive trust in AI outputs
- Partner with CIO / engineering teams to industrialize AI solutions, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability
Enterprise Data & Product Design
- Drive integration of enterprise data ecosystems (Finance, HR, Sales, Delivery) into product and AI solutions
- Define data architecture requirements, governance models, and guardrails for AI-driven decision systems
- Ensure products deliver intuitive, explainable, and insight-driven experiences for senior leaders
- Translate complex data into actionable intelligence tied to business levers
Profitability & Value Realization
- Lead initiatives that embed profit discipline into leadership decision-making through AI and data products
- Own quantification of value realization, linking product outputs to financial metrics and performance improvement
- Identify and scale opportunities that drive structural efficiency and margin expansion
- Ensure all products are explicitly tied to enterprise KPIs and measurable outcomes
Stakeholder Leadership & CIO Collaboration
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions on product direction, trade-offs, and investments
- Lead collaboration with CIO / Global IT on architecture, data access, security, and deployment strategies
- Drive alignment across business, finance, and technology stakeholders to ensure successful execution
- Communicate strategic vision, progress, and impact clearly at leadership forums
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong product management experience with ownership of complex, enterprise-scale products or platforms
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end solutions
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI, including prompt engineering and AI system design
- Deep ability to work with enterprise data and translate it into product and AI capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and lead problem structuring and solutioning
- Experience partnering with CIO / engineering organizations to scale production-grade solutions
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience building and scaling AI agents, copilots, or enterprise AI platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (Finance, HR, ERP, reporting platforms)
- Exposure to profitability management, financial modeling, or enterprise performance frameworks
- Experience managing global or distributed teams

Experience Requirements
- 12–15 years of relevant experience across product management, analytics, AI, or enterprise transformation
- Prior experience in leading strategic initiatives or product portfolios in large, matrixed organizations
