As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Expert proficiency in Core Java is required. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, Build Management, and REST API Development is recommended.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
Implement best practices in software development to enhance application performance and reliability.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client in one of the following locations: Dallas TX, Atlanta GA, Scottsdale AZ, or Charlotte NC.
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of work experience with Java J2E along with Kafka Knowledge, and Containerization if Senior Developer

Experience with Java, JUNIT, and BDD

Bachelor or Associate Degree
Preferred Qualifications:

Expert proficiency in Core Java is required. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, Build Management, and REST API Development is recommended.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
