As a Customer Generative BI & Insight Manager you will: 

We’re aware that this role is in a quickly developing part of the AI industry and as such we’re aware that finding a single individual covering every area of expertise is unlikely. However, they idea candidate would have:

  • Strong knowledge of semantic layer design and optimization (e.g., LookML, dbt, or similar frameworks).
  • Hands-on experience integrating and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational analytics.
  • Exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and understanding of data governance and ethical AI practices.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics & digital analytics
  • Knowledge of customer service metrics such as CSAT, churn prediction, and operational KPIs.
  • Prior experience with conversational analytics or BI
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive adoption of innovative technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to evangelize the proposition internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering measurable impact and aligning solutions with enterprise goals.
  • Clear understanding of existing technologies and proposition in the space
  • Strong understanding of data integration processes, APIs, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver and optimise Generating BI & Insight solutions for large scale client.
  • Monitor performance of solution and continuously improve solutions.
  • Interpret complex user requirements and translate them into technical design.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI, BI, and conversational analytics.
  • Evangelize solutions internally and externally through demos and thought leadership.
  • Educate peers, team members and leaders in the business in the space.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to align Generative BI & Insight capabilities with business goals on the client’s behalf.
  • Act as the primary owner of Generative BI & Insight  for the AI & Data Practice.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to AI and Management.
  • Comfortable operating in matrixed organisations and comfortable being part of cross functional teams.

Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the outstanding services we are known for.
