IT and Technology M&A Consultant - Transaction Advisory
Our Global Transaction Advisory practice combines business and technology expertise, providing services along the entire M&A transaction lifecycle. As our team member you will have an opportunity to serve clients across industries and geographies.
The work
You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams primarily on:
- IT and technology due diligence projects, focusing on enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness
- Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute IT integration phases.
- Carve-outs and divestures where you will take part in the planning, follow-up and execution of IT separation and data segregation activities.
- Joint-ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement their desired IT landscape for the partnership.

Here's what you'll need
- Graduate degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields
- Experience in M&A / IT consulting
- Ability to combine M&A expertise with technology-related topics, including:
- Enterprise software and digital platforms
- Cloud and IT infrastructure
- Cybersecurity and technology risk
- Data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
- Fluent in English and Dutch, working knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
- Willing to travel
