Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for complex business processes. The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, guiding teams, and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of innovative marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:

Act as a Salesforce Marketing SME, providing expertise in design, architecture, and implementation.

Collaborate with client architecture teams and business stakeholders to define technical strategy, data models, integration patterns, governance, and scalability roadmaps.

Design and build innovative, deliverable solutions for Single Customer View, segmentation, omni-channel activation, marketing campaigns and transactional communications.

Support in pre-sales solutioning and proposal development, including effort itemisation and estimation

Engage with multiple teams to provide guidance, resolve complex problems, and contribute to key architectural decisions.Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices, design decisions, and technical approaches.

Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce Marketing capabilities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure reliable, secure, and seamless data synchronization between CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications:
-
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization, including design, build and integration (proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Data Cloud and Agentforce Marketing a plus)

4+ years’ experience with design, build, integration, test and deployment of marketing campaigns and transactional communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms is a must.

Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, AMPScript, JavaScript, Handlebars and SQL is required
-
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant delivering complex marketing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization

Strong understanding of marketing technology strategy, design patterns, integration patterns, data governance, and performance/scalability considerations.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
