As a part of the High-Tech industry practice, you will work with leading high-tech clients across the globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Job Description: We are seeking a high-performing Management Consultant with 4–8 years of experience to join our consulting team focused on the High Tech industry, with experience across Consumer Electronics, Data & AI, Semiconductors, As-a-Service, and/or Enterprise Technology domains. The ideal candidate brings strong client-facing consulting experience, hands-on delivery exposure, and the ability to operate effectively in complex stakeholder environments within technology-driven organizations.

This role involves supporting and delivering transformation and implementation programs for High Tech clients, contributing to solution design, and working closely with client stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a part of the team, you’ll help drive the following:

  • Support the discovery, design, delivery & current state analysis of large transformation programs for High Tech clients across any or multiple capabilities (Consumer Electronics, Data & AI, Semiconductors, As-a-Service, and Enterprise Technology domains) from problem structuring through execution
  • Apply functional knowledge and end-to-end client process understanding to drive structured problem solving, breaking down high level problem statements into solvable pieces, apply high level approach and drive initiatives
  • Bridge business problems and solutions by analysing data, conducting market and industry research, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Lead defined workstreams or modules within larger engagements, operating as a team leader and managing a team of associates/analysts, to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery aligned with project objectives
  • Develop client-ready deliverables including analyses, business cases, roadmap presentations
  • Drive client innovation by designing and executing large scale transformations and other customer focused initiatives, driving effectiveness and improving operational efficiency
  • Support and facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective engagement and alignment
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, data, and client account teams) to ensure integrated and effective delivery
  • Contribute to the development of practice assets, solutions, and points of view, while staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments

  • Functional and delivery experience: Hands-on exposure across one or more areas in the High Tech value chain such as Corporate & Business Strategy, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Communications, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Human Capital Management, Finance & Accounting, Business Applications, Infrastructure, Data Management, or Analytics
  • Business case and transformation support: Ability to support the development of business cases and transformation roadmaps, with an understanding of market dynamics, business impact, and implementation considerations for High Tech clients
  • Structured problem-solving and innovation: Ability to work in fast-paced environments, apply structured thinking, and abstract detailed analysis into clear patterns, insights, and recommendations
  • Stakeholder engagement: Experience working with client stakeholders across levels, supporting alignment, decision-making, and buy-in for project outcomes

Your experience counts!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred
  • 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on the High Tech industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear, actionable insights
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, including familiarity with AI productivity tools and emerging agentic AI applications; ability to leverage these tools to enhance speed and quality of analysis, and to recommend or develop AI-driven solutions to improve client delivery and practice effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with client stakeholders across levels
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to the delivery of impactful recommendations and solutions for clients through consulting or consulting-style roles
  • Experience working in collaborative, team-based environments, with the ability to take ownership of defined tasks or workstreams
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required to support client engagements
