Strategy & Consulting | Sourcing & Procurement Manager

📌 Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of management consulting experience supporting procurement and / or strategic sourcing initiatives, or S&P Strategic roles.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills including the ability to manage resources performing complex analytics to develop client decision support data

• Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and/or initiatives simultaneously

• An interest and passion for supporting the development of junior team members

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives

📌 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sustainable procurement—such as integrating ESG criteria, promoting supplier diversity, or reducing environmental impact—is a strong plus, enabling you to support clients in achieving broader sustainability objectives.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excel building and developing relationships, overseeing complex programs, and demonstrating leadership
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree
• Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
