What would you do? Deliver high-impact virtual leadership and communication training for employees of a US-based logistics company. This is a delivery-focused learning partner role, not an end-to-end course builder. The ideal candidate will: • Conceptualize the right delivery approach for leadership and non-technical topics • Advise on program structure and flow to maximize participant impact • Engage confidently with senior client audiences while collaborating with the central design team • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and drive continuous improvement measurement • Maintain strong customer relationships and demonstrate expertise through recognized LDP certifications This role emphasizes world-class virtual delivery, customer partnership, and data-driven improvement—leveraging pre-built curriculum and design support from the central team. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Ensure successful delivery of learning solutions and review their effectiveness and applicability.
What are we looking for? • 5-10 years of proven experience delivering leadership and communication training, preferably with US client exposure and scalable virtual delivery models. • Minimum ONE recognized LDP certification (MBTI-trained facilitator, Hogan certified, DDI trained, CliftonStrengths certified, Five Behaviors facilitator, or equivalent industry-standard credential demonstrating specialized expertise). • Demonstrated experience conducting needs analysis for training programs, including learner personas, organizational context assessment, and success metric definition. • Multiple LDP certifications (e.g., MBTI + Hogan + CliftonStrengths combination) demonstrating depth of expertise. • Experience with logistics-specific leadership challenges, frontline team motivation, operational decision-making, and supply chain context. • Expertise in adaptive, blended, and personalized learning models; experience with learning technology and adaptive platforms. • Track record of scaling training programs from pilot to enterprise level; experience managing multiple concurrent cohorts. • Speaking experience at industry conferences, webinars, or training forums. • Background in organizational development, change management, or executive coaching. Essential Skills & Competencies 1. Needs Analysis & Discovery - Ability to conduct structured interviews, design assessment frameworks, analyze organizational contexts, and translate insights into delivery design. 2. Persona Development & Adaptation - Skill in creating learner personas, adapting communication style, and customizing examples and activities based on audience profiles. 3. Measurement & Data Analysis - Comfort with training metrics, survey design, data interpretation, and translating findings into recommendations. 4. Continuous Improvement Mindset - Proactive approach to identifying enhancement opportunities, iterating on delivery, and documenting learnings for scaling. 5. Customer Liaison & Stakeholder Management - Comfort presenting to C-suite, gathering feedback, managing expectations, and building collaborative partnerships. 6. Virtual Facilitation Excellence - Mastery of virtual delivery techniques, participant engagement in distributed settings, time zone flexibility, and technical proficiency. 7. LDP Framework Expertise - Deep knowledge of behavioral, personality, or emotional intelligence assessment models; ability to integrate frameworks into training design and coaching.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Training Delivery & Content Customization• Conduct engaging, interactive virtual sessions on leadership and communication skills tailored for US logistics professionals (frontline supervisors to senior leaders).• Perform comprehensive pre-training needs analysis within 2 weeks of engagement kickoff to identify skill gaps, learner personas, organizational context, and delivery readiness.• Customize training delivery and examples to address core logistics leadership topics: team collaboration, communication, problem-solving, technology adaptability, resilience in operational disruptions.• Cover relevant leadership skills from industry-recognized Leadership Development Programs (LDPs): self-awareness, team performance acceleration, effective feedback, resilience, trust-building, leading with authenticity in complex environments.• Leverage Training-as-a-Service (TaaS) principles for scalable, interactive virtual training aligned with US business hours and operational realities.Persona-Based Delivery & Adaptation• Conduct participant persona analysis (frontline supervisors, middle managers, senior leaders) to understand diverse learning needs, communication preferences, operational challenges, and success drivers.• Adapt delivery style, examples, case studies, and facilitation methods based on persona-specific requirements and organizational culture.• Tailor pace, interaction methods, and breakout room activities to match learner profiles (e.g., high-pressure operational leaders vs. strategic planning roles).• Provide persona-specific feedback and coaching to ensure relevance and on-the-job application for participant roles.LDP Expertise & Professional Mastery• Demonstrate mastery of at least one recognized Leadership Development Program framework (Hogan, DDI, CliftonStrengths, MBTI, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, or equivalent).• Apply personality, behavioral, and emotional intelligence assessment frameworks to training design and participant coaching.• Integrate LDP frameworks into 100% of training modules as a performance expectation.
