What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Manage the production of business analysis and summary reports for the sales team, ensuring that the reports align with the overall sales objectives.Custom Report Management: Oversee the creation and timely delivery of customized reports, ensuring they provide insights that support decision-making and sales strategy.Sales Meeting & Communication: Lead the organization of communication meetings with the sales team, ensuring that the minutes are recorded, action items are tracked, and risks to sales opportunities are addressed.Data Inquiry Management: Supervise responses to data-related inquiries from the sales team, ensuring accurate, clear, and timely information is provided. Troubleshoot any complex data challenges.Team Development & Coaching: Manage a team of 10+ employees, providing coaching on reporting and business analysis skills. Help them develop professionally by fostering a collaborative and high-performance environmentProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the reporting process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"Role Summary The Sales Operations Specialist delivers centralized reporting, dashboarding, analytics, and execution support to drive sales performance visibility and decision-making. This role operationalizes reporting processes, supports pipeline insights, and reinforces CRM data best practices, including assisting with ongoing data cleanup and de-duplication efforts, in support of Sales Ops goals. Key Accountabilities • Data Modeling & Reporting Architecture: Develop and maintain scalable data models that compile CRM and source system data into scalable datasets that power dashboards, reporting, and automated insights. • Sales Reporting, Dashboarding & KPI Management: Develop, maintain, and automate sales reports, PowerBI dashboards, and KPIs to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable performance visibility. • Sales Performance & Trend Analysis: Analyze sales activity, pipeline health, conversion trends, and capacity metrics to inform leadership decisions and support forecasting. • Reporting Operations & Requests: Support reporting inbox, ad hoc requests, and standardized reporting packages with defined SLAs; streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort. • CRM Data Support & Hygiene Reinforcement: Support CRM data quality initiatives by assisting with data cleanup, de-duplication efforts, validation checks, and seller follow-ups to reinforce hygiene standards defined by the Sales System Analyst. • Targets single or multiple contact lists, including inbound inquiries, existing customers, whitespace or other sources, and Decision Makers from multiple business units. • Produces qualified lead/opportunity record in target CRM, Schedules follow-up with warm handoff • Monitor and remediate data quality issues including missing DUNS numbers, non-standard field values, and accounts not following creation best practices. • Monitor pipeline hygiene including stale opportunities and unconverted leads, conduct appropriate outreach, and share performance insights with relevant stakeholders after review. • Manage account stewardship activities in MS Dynamics including parenting alignment to D&B Hoovers, KN designation management, and ensuring accounts are correctly tagged per defined standards.
