What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"Role Summary: The Proposal Writer is a content creation role, responsible for developing clear, compelling, and compliant written content for proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing sales materials. The role partners closely with Response Managers, Sales Operations, and subject matter experts to translate solutions and value propositions into persuasive narratives, leveraging approved data, collateral, and templates to efficiently produce high-quality submissions, typically progressing responses to an advanced (80–90%) draft state. Key Accountabilities • Proposal Planning and Alignment : Attend proposal kick-off and align with Response Managers and sales on response requirements, strategy, available collateral, templates, and data sources to enable efficient and consistent proposal development. • Proposal Content Development Ownership: Develop clear, compelling, and compliant written content for proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and other sales responses, leveraging standard templates, campaign-aligned messaging, and existing collateral to advance responses to a near-final draft state. • Value Proposition & Storytelling: Translates solution details, differentiators, and client needs into persuasive narratives that demonstrate value, strengthen competitive positioning, and improve win rates. • Content Quality & Consistency: Ensures accuracy, clarity, tone, and consistency across all written materials, adhering to brand standards and response guidelines. • Compliance Requirements: Pull required compliance data points depending on proposal or presentation type, such as placement and client data, supplier diversity data, public sector reps, market intelligence/insights, security and ESG questionnaire pre-fills. • SME Collaboration & Input Integration: Interviews and partners with subject matter experts and sales teams to gather inputs and incorporate technical and commercial details into proposal content. • Content Asset Development: Identify high-performing sections/ proposals for reuse, update content based on pursuit outcomes, and contribute to knowledge repository improvements. • Content Review & Iteration: Incorporates feedback from reviews and edits content to meet quality, compliance, and submission standardsssion."
