THE WORK:
- Coordinate high-impact IT incidents to restore services quickly, supporting continuous learning and improving incident response practices
- Lead Bridge Calls, collaborating with cross-functional teams while acting as a proactive learner and achiever under pressure
- Facilitate technical investigations, driving commitment to constant progress in restoring systems and services
- Communicate incident status and impact to stakeholders, demonstrating a forward-thinking and growth-driven mindset
- Contribute to process improvements and global standards, embracing challenges as opportunities for enhancement
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Proven experience working in an IT-related role, ideally within Incident Management or operational support
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to varied audiences
- Understanding of technical systems and business processes, enabling effective prioritization and coordination
- Experience working under pressure and managing activities within tight deadlines
- Ability to plan and manage incident-related activities using structured problem-solving and analytical approaches
