Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Planning and Budgeting (PBCS / EPBCS) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, especially Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS or EPBCS), with proven hands-on experience in design, implementation, and support of enterprise planning systems. This role will be crucial in supporting our clients in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement Oracle PBCS / EPBCS solutions based on client requirements.

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, and deployment.

Build and maintain business rules, data forms, task lists, data management (DM/FDMEE), and calculation scripts.

Develop and manage metadata, data loads, security configuration, and integration with source systems (e.g., ERP).

Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable planning solutions.

Conduct user training, create functional documentation, and provide post-go-live support.

Identify opportunities to enhance performance and usability of the Oracle EPM applications.

Stay up to date with new Oracle EPM features and enhancements and assess their applicability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Planning (Cloud or On-Premise), with at least 3 years on Oracle PBCS / EPBCS.

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
-
Experience with Oracle Smart View for Office and integration with Excel.
-
Proficient in Essbase, Calculation Manager, Data Management (DM), and FDMEE.

Experience with integration of EPM Cloud with Oracle ERP or other source systems.

Good understanding of EPM Automate, REST APIs, and scripting for automation.

Ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports in EPM Cloud.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Oracle EPM Certification (PBCS or EPBCS).

Experience with other Oracle EPM modules like Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) or Narrative Reporting is a plus.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
-
Exposure to multi-currency planning, driver-based planning, or zero-based budgeting (ZBB).
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields.
