Job Description:
We’re looking for an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in a solution consulting and implementation role to help clients adopt Adobe Workfront and support business transformation. This is a hands-on configuration and consulting role requiring strong platform knowledge, sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and the ability to translate client business needs into well-structured Workfront solutions with a high degree of independence.
The Work:
This role will include hands-on delivery of Workfront solutions across a range of client engagements — from new implementations to assessments of existing environments, ongoing administration, and end-user training. Depending on engagement and phase, this will include:
- Providing best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront to clients and internal teams, and making confident configuration decisions that align with long-term client goals.
- Designing, building, and configuring Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements with limited oversight.
- Leading discovery sessions with clients and applying process design principles to define practical, scalable solutions.
- Collecting Workfront requirements and assessing them against client business processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Configuring Adobe Workfront objects including custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, and more.
- Managing client expectations and maintaining clear communication across workstreams during delivery.
- Working cross-functionally with project stakeholders as part of a broader delivery team.
- Coordinating acceptance testing and driving issue resolution through to completion.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience leading Workfront implementations in a consultancy or Workfront system administration capacity
- 2+ years of experience independently configuring and optimizing Workfront environments to meet complex business requirements
- Strong communication and client engagement skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions and manage stakeholder expectations during delivery
- Adobe Workfront certification or equivalent credential, or active pursuit of same
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years work experience). If Associate’s degree, minimum 4 years work experience required.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
- undefined
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adobe Experience Cloud certification in one or more of the following: Workfront, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketo, or Adobe Analytics
- Experience configuring integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion
- Demonstrated experience owning a client workstream or managing a small engagement independently
- Familiarity with digital marketing, campaign planning, creative operations, or UX disciplines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering quality outcomes in fast-moving client environments
