You Are:
You are an experience SAP Development Lead with strong expertise in SAP engineering, team leadership, and solution delivery. You thrive in collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced environments. You enjoy guiding developers, solving complex integration and data challenges, and ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.
You bring deep experience in SAP ABAP, SAP S/4Hana, SAP BTP, and modern SAP development practices. You contribute actively to solution design, mentor team members, and partner with cross-functional groups to ensure seamless delivery.
The Work:
Lead the SAP development team, ensuring successful delivery across build, integration, and testing practices.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Oversee development activities across ABAP, SAP BTP, SAP integration components, and SAP S/4Hana extensions.
Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, coding best practices, and quality expectations.
Provide technical leadership for data integration and development topics across the S/4 landscape.
Guide the team in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient SAP solutions.
Participate in problem-solving discussions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support SAP BTP Administration and oversee related development work.
Ensure smooth deployment activities by partnering closely with DevOps and BASIS teams.
This role requires 3 days per week in our Montreal office.
Qualifications
Here's what you need:

Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.

Experience leading SAP development teams or technical workstreams.

Experience in SAP S/4Hana development and extensions.

Intermediate to advanced experience with SAP BTP Administration.

Experience with SAP Integration technologies (OData, PI/PO, API development, IDocs, ALE).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree or completion of college diploma

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. .
