Quebec - Montreal
Job No. r00306797
Full-time - Hybrid
Job Description
We are:
Talent and Organization — we help clients co-create the workforce of the future. How? We make decisions based on people insights. We give leaders the tools and roadmaps to do their best work. We create digital employee experiences that front-line teams and store leaders love. And we teach organizations how to grow great, commercially focused, forward-thinking leaders. Our approach and our people put us at the front of the pack for talent, HR, and organizational consulting. We help clients with new skilling, talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, organizational design, operating model transformation, training and skilling, change and human experience, and beyond.
You are:
A transformational leader with deep experience guiding retail and consumer-facing organizations through complex change. You understand that retail transformation is about both the customer and the people who serve them — from store associates to district and regional leaders. You know how to engage frontline stakeholders, store operations, merchandising, supply chain and IT partners; drive cultural shifts that improve customer experience and sales; and embed agile, data-driven ways of working into retail operations. You bring a strategic mindset, commercial problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity. As a trusted advisor, you thrive on helping retailers navigate digital and operational change and build the workforce capability to succeed in an omnichannel environment.
The work:
Lead complex transformation initiatives for clients, drive sustainable adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Develop human-centered, agile strategies tailored to client realities.
Translate strategic direction and business objectives into holistic transformation programs covering consumer-focused operations, leadership development, workforce planning, and digital enablement.
Design and implement initiatives that enhance organizational agility, customer-centric culture, and ways of working.
Use modern methodologies and tools, including:
Predictive analytics for change and adoption.
Engagement, collaboration, and workshop facilitation tools
Experience design informed by consumer and employee personas.
Drive leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and workforce enablement — from frontline coaching to district/regional capacity building.
Serve as a trusted advisor to retail executives, guiding them through tradeoffs between operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
Manage and develop client delivery teams; mentor consultants and retail practitioners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support business development activities: proposals, client pitches, solution design, and relationship growth.
Contribute to thought leadership for retail change management: market research, published insights, and capability building.
