The Work:

  • Support the end-to-end SAP Payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution for clients.

  • Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues related to wage calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.

  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll operations and data integrity.

  • Validate payroll inputs, process payroll runs, and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

  • Prepare and review payroll reports, audits, and compliance documentation.

  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP Payroll systems, including wage types, schemas, and rules.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

  • Provide support during payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.

  • This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location Montreal, Canada.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of SAP Payroll experience, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with payroll data validation, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Bilingual English/ French is required

  • English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or other cloud payroll solutions.

  • You have supported payroll projects involving system upgrades or new implementations.

  • You have experience integrating SAP Payroll with HR, finance, and third-party systems.

  • You are skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements in payroll operations.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
