The Work:

Support the end-to-end SAP Payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution for clients.

Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues related to wage calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.

Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll operations and data integrity.

Validate payroll inputs, process payroll runs, and perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

Prepare and review payroll reports, audits, and compliance documentation.

Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SAP Payroll systems, including wage types, schemas, and rules.

Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Provide support during payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location Montreal, Canada.
Qualifications
Here's what you need:

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of SAP Payroll experience, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience with payroll data validation, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Bilingual English/ French is required

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
Bonus Points If:

You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or other cloud payroll solutions.

You have supported payroll projects involving system upgrades or new implementations.

You have experience integrating SAP Payroll with HR, finance, and third-party systems.

You are skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements in payroll operations.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
