The Work:

Lead and manage SAP Payroll workstreams, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for clients.

Coordinate with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless payroll operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Oversee payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Monitor and resolve issues related to payroll processing, wage calculations, deductions, and statutory reporting.

Advise clients on SAP Payroll best practices, system configuration, and process optimization.

Prepare and analyze payroll reports, audits, and compliance documentation.

Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

Mentor and coach payroll team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location Montreal, Canada.
Qualifications
Here's what you need:

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related discipline.
-
Minimum 5 years of SAP Payroll experience, with expertise in payroll configuration, wage types, time management integration, statutory compliance, and reporting.

Proven experience leading payroll teams and managing deliverables in complex payroll environments.

Bilingual English/ French is required

A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to the business service provided

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or other cloud payroll solutions.

You know how SAP's payroll processes support business development and can help clients understand how SAP Payroll will help their company do more.

You have experience integrating SAP Payroll with HR, finance, and third-party systems.

You excel at managing and delivering payroll projects in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
