Job Description

You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:

  • Drive transformation programs by leveraging domain expertise and SAP platform capabilities to deliver impactful business solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address business challenges through innovative SAP solutions.
  • Define strategic objectives and establish actionable plans to achieve near-term and long-term goals.
  • Engage with senior leadership at both client organizations and Accenture, effectively negotiating and communicating on critical business matters.
  • Exercise sound judgment to navigate complex assignments and provide strategic direction.
  • Lead and manage large-scale teams and projects, ensuring successful delivery of client and organizational objectives.
  • Own end-to-end SAP IBP solution architecture and design, covering Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP/IBP for Response and Control Tower scenarios.
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard / Fit-to-Solution workshops and guide clients toward standardized, scalable SAP IBP capabilities with minimal customization.
  • Govern integration design and data flows between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA (or ECC), including master data, transactional data, and planning results.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive reports and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and review functional business requirements, processes, workflows, and diagrams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Drive testing strategy and execution for IBP solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and performance validation.
  • Own cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hyper care stabilization for SAP IBP deployments.
  • Guide and nurture SAP IBP leads, architects, and consultants to strengthen lasting expertise within Accenture's SAP team.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, solution development, and create proposals for transformation projects driven by SAP IBP.
  • Keep up to date on the latest SAP IBP developments and future plans, offering clients proactive advice about innovative features and ongoing opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
  • Overall 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on and leadership experience in SAP IBP.
  • Expertise in one or more SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP / Control Tower).
  • Proven experience as a Lead / Solution Architect on large-scale, global SAP IBP or planning programs.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and exposure to SAP Production planning or PPDS would be preferred.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP IBP and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications.
  • Experience with SAP Activate and Agile delivery models.
  • Industry experience in Energy & Utilities, Aerospace & Defense or any specific MRO solution concepts would be preferred.
  • Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and practice capability building.
  • Eligibility for Secret Security Clearance
